David Clark Bolsinger was born in 1949 in Waukon, Iowa. Deamond and Esther Wimerslage Bolsinger had two sons, Joe, and Dave. Dave graduated from Marion High School in 1968. On July 6, 1968, Dave married the love of his life Linda Mae Houlahan. Dave joined the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and served from 1969-1973. He was stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio TX., Incirlik AB in Turkey, and Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City South Dakota. Dave and Linda raised their children; Warren, Brett, Emily, and two nieces and a nephew in Springville Iowa. Dave served on the Church Council for St. Isidore Parish, was a member of SANSI, Board Member for Springville School District, and from 1974 to 2004 30 years of faithful service he retired as Postmaster of the Springville Post Office. Dave and Linda reside in Cedar Rapids.
